Product user guide
Appunvs AI App Builder helps you create and change applications through conversation. This guide covers the common workflow. Available controls, models, and delivery options depend on the client and project you are using.
Choose a workspace and project
A workspace organizes projects, members, and usage. Check the selected workspace before creating a project, especially when you belong to multiple teams.
- Sign in and open the project list. In the WeChat Mini Program, you can view and switch the current workspace from your profile.
- Create a project, choose its type, and give it a name. Project types include Web, Mobile, Desktop, and WeChat Mini Program.
- Open the project and describe the application or change you want in chat.
- To continue existing work, reopen the original project and its relevant conversation.
Switching a workspace, switching a project, and starting a conversation are different actions. A new conversation still belongs to the current project; it does not create a separate application. If a project is missing, check your account, selected workspace, and access permissions.
Create and change an application through chat
Describe the intended users, the task they need to complete, and how you will check the result. Start with a workflow you can verify, then add more features. For example:
Create an event registration page with an event description, name and attendee-count fields. Show a confirmation after submission and let the user return to edit the details.
For an existing project, name the affected page, its current behavior, and the outcome you want. Add reference images or documents through the attachment controls when available. Follow the upload instructions for supported file types, sizes, and model capabilities.
The conversation may show tool results, errors, or questions that require your response. Provide the requested information or approval, then inspect the result. Generation can change project files as it runs; do not assume every change waits for a final confirmation.
If a Stop control is available, use it to request that the current task end. Stopping does not automatically undo changes already completed. After a disconnect or navigation away, reopen the original conversation and check its status before sending the same request again.
Preview, publish, and export
Preview helps you inspect the current application. Publishing creates or updates a distributable version using the delivery options available for the project. A working preview does not mean the application has been published.
- Open the project’s preview and check its main pages, inputs, and interactions.
- Report problems in chat with steps to reproduce, the actual result, and the expected result.
- When ready to deliver, open the available publishing controls, review the required configuration, and confirm the action.
- Use the resulting address or artifact to verify the delivered application.
Delivery varies by project type. Mobile apps, desktop apps, and WeChat Mini Programs may require platform configuration, signing, or review. Producing an artifact does not mean it is live in a store or on a platform. Before using an available export option, review its destination and authorization scope.
Collaboration and permissions
Workspace membership and project access determine which actions you can take. Being able to view a project does not necessarily allow you to edit it, publish it, or manage members.
If an action is denied, check your account and workspace, then ask a workspace or project administrator to confirm your access. Repeated submission does not grant additional permissions.
Accounts, plans, and usage
Use the account or workspace settings available in your client to review plans, credits, and usage. The WeChat Mini Program profile includes plan and credit information, usage details, and orders.
Check which workspace the information belongs to. Insufficient credits, an unavailable model, and a denied request can have different causes; read the specific message first. Current prices, payment methods, and purchasable items are shown on the plan and order pages.
If your client provides bring-your-own-key (BYOK) settings, configure credentials there. Platform credits and your own model configuration are separate information; neither alone proves that a request through the other route is available.
If your session expires, sign in again as directed and check the latest state of the original operation. For actions such as payments or publishing, confirm the result before retrying.
Get help
Use your client’s Contact Support entry for usage questions, problems, experience suggestions, or requests that need the platform’s attention. When a project selector is available, associate the relevant project with your request.
